You send out Qi energy causing it to lift a heavy object, even hurling it as a weapon. 

Make an Endurance Roll against a TN set by the weight of the object using the Base Lift Table on page 81 of WHOG Rulebook. This table determines the TN by weight of the object you wish to lift (for the purposes of reading the top column, use your Endurance Rank instead of Muscle). On a Success you can lift an object object that is up to 50 feet away and move it up to 50 feet per rank of Neigong. 

Cathartic: You can add your Neigong to your Endurance Ranking for the purposes of setting the TN on the table. You can also hurl the object as a weapon against any target within range (doing 1d10 damage per 100 pounds, plus 2 Extra Wounds fro every 500 pounds over 1,000).
