NEW OGRE GATE TECHNIQUE: SI XING FINGER TECHNIQUE

This technique arose from a joke at the table during our most recent Wandering Heroes of Ogre Gate session. Due to its humorous nature and power level, it is to be considered an optional Kung Fu Technique, only allowed with permission from the Gamemaster.  Bedrock Games is not legally responsible for any damage done to campaign settings or for any character death that results from the use of this technique.

SI XING FINGER
Discipline: Neigong
Skill: Meditation
Type: Normal
Qi Rank: 6

You draw Qi energy from everything around you, and concentrate it into a thin ray of Qi so powerful it can destroy the very ground people stand upon.

Make a Meditation Roll against Evade. On a Success you strike the target making them the epicenter of a powerful explosion that does 10d10 Open Damage to Everything inside a 19 square mile area per rank of Qi. This affects everything: trees, articles of clothing, rocks, sand, water, etc. On a Total Success you may also make a free Command roll against the Wits of all witnesses to the demonstration of your power, cowing them on a Success for 1d10 years (if the Command roll gets a Total Success, this lasts 1d10 Decades). On a Failure, the target strikes any other place of your choosing, doing 10d10 Open Damage to everything inside an 8 square mile area per rank of Qi.

Cathartic: As above except on a success you do 10d10 Damage plus 100 extra wounds to everything in a 19 Million Square mile radius per rank of Qi.
